Swan Facade Services is seeking skilled and safety-focused Rope Access Technicians (IRATA Level 1 or higher) to join our growing team in Perth. We specialise in high-access window cleaning across Perth’s commercial buildings — from major complexes to iconic high-rises.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Performing rope access and abseil window cleaning
- Conducting facade washdowns and detailing
- Working as part of a professional, safety-driven team
- Ensuring all work is completed to IRATA and Swan safety standards
Permanent and ongoing casual positions available.

- $45–$65/hr + super , based on IRATA level and experience

Who We’re Looking For
We’re seeking experienced technicians who take pride in their work, maintain high safety standards, and want to grow long-term with Swan.
Essential:
- IRATA Level 1 or higher
- Availability to work Monday - Friday
- Proven experience in rope access window cleaning
- Working at Heights certification
- Valid Australian driver’s licence and reliable transport
- Valid Police Clearance (within 12 months)
All candidates must be willing to undergo Drug & Alcohol testing prior to employment.
