About the Role
Your day-to-day duties will include:
- Managing incoming calls and email enquiries in a friendly and skilled manner
- Coordinating job schedules, quotes, and client requests alongside our office team
- Coordinating cleaning schedules and allocating tasks to job categories and field staff
- Ordering and managing cleaning supplies, equipment, and stock levels
- Coordinating equipment servicing and replacements as needed
- Providing general administrative support to management and onsite teams
- Keeping our job management system accurate and up to date
- Preparing client invoices for approval and assisting with compliance documentation
