- Coordinate flight line planning activities to execute the planned flying program.
- Ensure that the aircraft is fit for the intended sortie whilst discharging the Dispatch to Operator function.
- Supervise and certify high-frequency scheduled and unscheduled line maintenance.
- Exercise the privilege of a B1 license by issuing a CRS for line maintenance activities (if licensed).
- Be dedicated to exceeding the customers' expectations and delivering an efficient operation, whilst maintaining a safe environment.
- Ensure that the scheduled and unscheduled maintenance is carried out in accordance with Pilatus/OEM approved publications/instructions using approved parts supplied from approved sources.
- Make certain that staff have been correctly trained and certified to carry out the work assigned to them and that the procedures laid down in the MOE are followed.
- Deploy in support of deployed ADF operations.
- Ensure that all procedures are carried out IAW the PTS MOE
- Actively support and participate in the Jet Aviation Core Values and Safety, Security and Environment policies and procedures as detailed in the Jet Aviation Governance and Polices
- Work with the Flight Line Coordinator to foster a sense of ‘Safety First' within the A-level workforce.
- Maintain positive relationships with the customer.
- Report and raise any observations, through the appropriate process, with regard to continuous improvement, safety management and customer satisfaction.
