Primary Objective: Supervise and mentor a small team. Assist in the day to day management of the Medical Records team in Palmerston Regional Hospital. Oversee the induction and training of current staff. Maintain a quality service by preparing, assembling, locating, retrieving and filing medical records for all internal and external users in accordance with standard operating procedures.
