KAEFER Integrated Services are currently recruiting Riggers to join our Northern Roving Crew, performing maintenance, down days and shutdown fill throughout the Bowen Basin.

ABOUT THE JOB
Reporting to site supervision, you will be part of a close knit, high performing team delivering secure, effective, and compliant rigging services across multiple mining operations. You will support maintenance, breakdown, and project works across some of the Bowen Basin’s leading coal sites.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Perform rigging and lifting activities in line with site procedures and Australian Standards

- Support maintenance, breakdown and project works

- Sling, lift and position loads using cranes and lifting equipment

- Inspect and maintain rigging gear

- Interpret lift studies, drawings and load charts

- Complete pre-starts, JHAs and risk assessments

ABOUT YOU

- High Risk Work Licence – Rigging (RI / RA)

- Standard 11 (or willing to obtain)

- Coal Board Medical

- Working at Heights (within 2 years)

- Confined Space (within 2 years)

- White Card/Construction Card/OHS

- Current Driver’s Licence





- Proof of right to work in Australia

- Must be local to the Mackay Region as this role is DIDO to the Bowen Basin
