About the role
As a Dental Assistant at Charlestown Dental Care , you will be responsible for providing essential support to the dental team in delivering high-quality patient care. This is a casual role (30-36 hours per week) based in our up-to-date practice located in Charlestown.

What you'll be doing

- Assisting dentists with patient examinations, treatments, and procedures

- Sterilising and preparing dental instruments and equipment

- Maintaining accurate patient records and updating electronic files

- Welcoming and greeting patients, and escorting them to the treatment areas

- Providing exceptional customer service and addressing patient queries and concerns

- Ensuring the dental practice is clean, organised, and well-stocked with supplies

What we're looking for

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with patients and the dental team





- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work with a high degree of accuracy

- A friendly, professional, and compassionate attitude towards patients

- Experience in a dental practice or similar healthcare setting is highly desirable but not essential

- The ability to work well as part of a team and independently as needed
