- Editing reports (making them clean, consistent, and professional)
- Putting data into tables and keeping things tidy
- Jumping on a 10-minute Zoom a few days a week to help me get my thoughts in order
Some weeks will be heavier on email, others heavier on reports or numbers. If you like variety and hate being bored, that's a plus.
Who I'm looking for
- Someone with flexible time who can log in, knock out a task, and log off — no need for fixed hours
- Naturally organised and systems-minded (you probably already colour-code things for fun)
- Calm and unfazed by a chaotic brain — mine jumps around, and I need someone who can catch the important bits without getting frazzled
- Comfortable hopping on quick, casual Zoom check-ins a few times a week
- Reliable and self-directed — I won't be looking over your shoulder, but I do need to trust things are getting done
Bonus points if you
- Understand AuDHD (Autistic + ADHD) brains, either personally or professionally
- Have experience in psychology, allied health, or Medicare admin
- Have a knack for professional writing and editing
- Or are simply keen to learn all of the above
The details
- Type: Contractor (not an employee role)
- Hours: 3–5 hours/week to start, with room to grow as the practice does
- Pay: $40–50/hr AUD, depending on experience
- Location: Remote, versatile scheduling
- Start: As soon as we find the right fit
How to apply
Tell me a bit about yourself, what "good systems" means to you, and why this role sounds like a fit — bonus points for a bit of personality in your application. You can record a video blog of yourself or use other methods to show me who you are. I'm more interested in the right fit than a fancy resume.
