The Opportunity
Due to continued growth, we’re seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Internal Sales - Representative Relationship Executive to join our team on a full-time basis . This is a fantastic chance to build a long-term career within a stable and expanding business.
What You'll Do
In this role, your responsibilities will include:
- Building and maintaining strong customer relationships
- Responding promptly and professionally to customer inquiries
- Providing accurate product advice and quotations
- Following up on outstanding quotes
- Entering and maintaining CRM data
- Supporting internal and external sales activities

What You’ll Bring
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Strong time management in a fast-paced environment
- Strong numeracy and problem-solving skills
- A confident, professional phone manner
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams etc.)
Highly Regarded (But Not Essential)
- Experience with Netsuite Cloud ERP
- Previous experience in internal sales , customer service or administration
