What You’ll Be Doing

- Manage commercial projects from award through to completion
- Control programme, cost, procurement, and reporting
- Coordinate site teams, consultants, and subcontractors
- Maintain quality, safety, and compliance standards
- Build strong working relationships with clients and internal teams
- Ensure projects are delivered smoothly and commercially

What You’ll Bring

- Proven experience as a Project Manager with a commercial builder
- Local WA experience heavily desired
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Practical, solutions-focused approach to project delivery




- Ability to manage projects independently and responsibly
- Perth-based with full Australian working rights
