About The Role

As a Trainer & Assessor, you’ll deliver nationally accredited, scenario-based training in areas such as:

- Provide Advanced First Aid

- Operate Breathing Apparatus (Open Circuit)

- Participate in a Rescue Operation

- Conduct Fire Team Operations

- Vertical Rescue / Confined Space Rescue

- Work Safely and Follow WHS Policies and Procedures

- Road Crash Rescue

- Respond to Work Site Incidents

- Apply Risk Management Processes

- Drive Under Operational Conditions

You don’t need experience across every competency area - if you’re confident in several areas and passionate about sharing your knowledge, we’d love to hear from you.

Your background may include fire & rescue, paramedicine, defence, aviation, industrial response, or volunteer emergency services. What matters most is your genuine passion for safety, your ability to inspire others, and your practical emergency response experience.

Qualifications & Experience

- Certificate IV in Training & Assessment (TAE40122 or equivalent)

- RII30719 Certificate III in Emergency Response & Rescue or PUA30622 Certificate III in Public Safety (Firefighting and Emergency Services)

- Current First Aid certification

- Demonstrated hands-on emergency response experience
