A young and dynamic boutique client side Development and Project Management Consultancy launched into the Western Australian market in 2018. Due to continued growth and existing projects, Wallace PM is seeking to fulfil a rare client side Project Manager role.
About the role
We are hiring for a Project Manager to join the business working with and reporting to the Project Director during an exciting phase of growth both managing bluechip clients both local and nationally.
What are we looking for?
As our ideal candidate, you will be highly organised with excellent attention to detail and have proven experience in an Client Side Project Manager or Development Manager role. You will be an excellent communicator and enjoy working in a fast paced environment, creative, innovative and able to work autonomously within a small business environment. You will have an interest in the WA Property sector and specifically client side Project and Development Management.
The ideal candidate will manage multiple projects from commencement to completion. You will lead meetings, coordinate Consultants and Authorities, Project Reporting, Cost Management, Programme Monitoring, Construction attendance and other administrative tasks. Ideally we also seek a candidate with previous relationships with Contractors and Design Consultants.

Skills and experience
We would expect a minimum of three - five years experience in a Project or Development Management role and exposure to the Property and Construction sector will be highly advantageous.
Essential Criteria;
- Permanent Australian Resident
- Client Side Project Management, Contract Administration, Development Manager
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
- Own Transportation
- Min 3-5 Years Experience
Advantageous Criteria
- Tertiary Degree - Construction Management
- Retail, Childcare, Industrial and Commercial exposure.
- Experience within Construction and or Property Sector
- Microsoft Project
- Project Management/Coordination Experience
