As part of our continued growth, we are seeking experienced General Insurance Brokers to join our teams in Adelaide and Brisbane.

The Opportunity

This role offers exposure across:

- Commercial and SME insurance portfolios

- New business development

- Portfolio management and renewals

- Endorsements and policy servicing

- Client relationship management

- Insurer negotiations and placement strategy

You will work alongside a highly supportive team including broker support, claims, and management, while also having the opportunity to develop your own client portfolio and professional brand.

What We’re Looking For

· Minimum 2 years’ experience in general insurance broking

· Tier 1 qualification required

· Strong communication and relationship-building skills





· Ability to manage and grow client relationships

· Commercially minded with a proactive attitude

· Strong attention to detail and time management

· Motivated, self-driven, and team-oriented

· Experience with INSIGHT, SCTP, Sunrise or similar broker systems is advantageous

· Mandarin or additional language capabilities are highly regarded
