About the Role

We are looking for a warm, motivated Team Leader (Team Mentor) to support, guide and uplift our incredible team of community-based Support Workers. In this role, you’ll play a key part in shaping the quality of care we deliver every day. This is a Full Time role, Monday to Friday, working either an 8.30am - 4.30pm day, or 7.30am - 3.30pm day.

Your focus will be on:

- Mentoring, training and supporting Support Workers who work autonomously in the community

- Providing guidance to Support Workers that promotes positive ageing and client independence

- Leading and supporting staff across the community

- Assisting to ensure services are delivered efficiently and in line with industry standards

- Building a strong, positive team culture

This is a fast-paced, rewarding role where no two days look the same — and you’ll be backed by a leadership team you can rely on.

About You

You’ll thrive in this role if you have:

- Experience mentoring or leading a team

- Hands‑on experience as a Support Worker





- Strong organisational skills and the ability to juggle multiple tasks

- Excellent time management and attention to detail

- A friendly, positive approach and a genuine love for connecting with people

- A collaborative mindset and a team-first attitude
