Interlink Insurance Brokers is a leader in commercial, corporate, and risk management services, with clients spanning construction, manufacturing, transport, and logistics. We're growing our Claims team and want to hear from people at every stage of their claims career — whether you're just starting out and keen to learn, or you're an experienced claims professional ready to take on more complex work.

This is a genuinely versatile role. Junior candidates will be supported to build skills on day-to-day claims, while experienced candidates can take ownership of more complex matters and specialty lines. Wherever you're starting from, there's room to grow.

The Role

- Manage a portfolio of claims spanning different industries and lines — the size and complexity of your portfolio will reflect your experience and grow as your skills do

- Handle claims through their lifecycle — first notification, assessment, negotiation, settlement, and closure

- Assess claims thoroughly, engaging with clients and brokers to gather accurate information

- Liaise with insurers, and third-party providers to help resolve claims efficiently

- Prepare claim documentation, and, as you progress, strategies and recommendations for more complex cases

- Monitor claim reviews, reserves, updates, and finalisation

- Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication and great service

- Collaborate with the broader broking team to keep communication and service standards seamless

About You

Core requirements (everyone):





- Strong communication and negotiation skills, written and verbal

- Good analytical and problem-solving ability, with attention to detail

- A proactive, client-focused approach

- Ability to manage your own workload, prioritise, and meet deadlines

- Comfortable maintaining accurate, compliant documentation

If you're more experienced, also great to have:

- Several years' experience in claims management, ideally within insurance broking

- Proven ability managing end-to-end claims and liaising directly with insurers and third parties

- Knowledge of claims processes and legislation across multiple lines, particularly Management Liability, Contract Works, or Professional Indemnity (PI)
