We are a growing NDIS-registered provider delivering Occupational Therapy and Positive Behaviour Support services across Perth. We pride ourselves on providing high-quality clinical services while giving our practitioners the flexibility and autonomy that contracting offers.

About the role

You will manage your own caseload while working collaboratively within a supportive multidisciplinary environment.

Services may include:

- Functional assessments

- Capacity building interventions

- Positive Behaviour Support assessments and Behaviour Support Plans

- Therapy and intervention sessions

- Report writing and recommendations

- Collaboration with participants, families and support teams

- Liaison with schools, support coordinators and other professionals

- Clinical documentation using Splose

Services are primarily community-based, with opportunities for telehealth where appropriate.

Essential requirements
Occupational Therapist

- Current AHPRA registration

- Experience working within the NDIS

- Ability to independently manage a clinical caseload

- Excellent assessment, clinical reasoning and report writing skills

- Current NDIS Worker Screening Check

- Current Working with Children Check

- Current driver's licence and reliable vehicle

- Professional indemnity and public liability insurance (or willingness to obtain as required under the contractor agreement)

Behaviour Support Practitioner

- NDIS Commission endorsement as a Proficient Behaviour Support Practitioner (or Advanced/Specialist)

- Demonstrated experience providing Positive Behaviour Support under the NDIS





- Ability to independently manage a Behaviour Support caseload

- Strong report writing and stakeholder engagement skills

- Current NDIS Worker Screening Check

- Current Working with Children Check

- Current driver's licence and reliable vehicle

- Professional indemnity and public liability insurance (or willingness to obtain as required under the contractor agreement)

Desirable

We would particularly like to hear from applicants who have:

- Previous experience working as an independent contractor

- An established referral network

- Experience building and managing their own caseload

- Experience working across Occupational Therapy and Positive Behaviour Support

- Experience supporting participants with complex support needs

- Knowledge of restrictive practice authorisation processes

- Experience supervising or mentoring clinicians

- Medicare, DVA or other funding experience (highly regarded)
