We are currently seeking an experienced Kitchen/Bathroom Designer to join our collaborative and supportive team.

Key Responsibilities

The successful applicant will have the opportunity to:

- Use their specialist design experience to create captivating kitchen, bathroom, and joinery designs, much like our award-winning designers do.

- Draw upon basic knowledge of the building/renovation industry, particularly regarding construction, trade requirements, and limitations.

- Conduct accurate measurements, designs, and presentations for kitchen, laundry, and bathroom plans, contributing to bespoke projects.

- Meet or exceed KPIs and sales targets, with support and training provided by our dedicated Management Team.

- Utilise computer software and tools in the design and presentation process, keeping up with the latest trends and products in the industry.

- Collaborate with site supervisors during site checks and installations, working with experienced professionals who uphold our commitment to quality.

- Conduct site briefs at client homes in preparation for showroom presentations.

- Deliver showroom presentations to clients using 3D software and displays.
Prepare proposals for clients and utilise sales skills to secure projects, ensuring an exceptional customer experience.





- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and effectively manage their expectations, in line with our commitment to excellence in customer service.

Job Requirements

- At least 2 years of design experience, specialising in kitchen/bathroom and/or other forms of joinery.

- Familiarity with Winner Flex software is desirable, but not essential.

- Exceptional organisational and time management skills.

- Strong computer literacy skills.

- A current driver's licence.

- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within a team workplace, much like our diverse and supportive team.
