About You

- Degree qualified in Mechanical Engineering.
- Significant experience within consulting engineering or building services.
- Strong technical capability across mechanical design and project delivery.
- Experience leading, mentoring and developing engineering teams.
- Comfortable managing client relationships and contributing to business growth.
- Confident communicator who enjoys working collaboratively with clients and colleagues.
- Solid understanding of Australian standards and industry regulations.
- Chartered status or working towards it will be highly regarded.

About the Role

- Provide leadership and direction to the national mechanical engineering team.
- Oversee the delivery of projects from planning through to completion.
- Support and mentor engineers across multiple offices.
- Build strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
- Work closely with multidisciplinary teams on complex projects.
- Drive consistency, quality and practical engineering outcomes across the business.
- Contribute to team growth, project wins and ongoing improvement initiatives.
