AAFCANS is a not-for-profit organisation, our core purpose is to provide Defence members with convenient access to quality food, beverage and retail items and support base welfare. AAFCANS operations span across 27 outlets across Australia. AAFCANS has a strong focus on providing authentic hospitality and a meaningful experience for all our Defence customers.

About the role:

- Casual role – Monday to Friday

- Based at Lavarack Barracks

- Shift times between 5:30am - 4:00pm





- 15-25 hours per week

- Joining a dynamic team

- Mobile Food Van

- Fast paced hospitality role

- Customer service focused

- A reliable vehicle and driver licence is required to access the base

We'd love to hear from people with:

- Available to work Monday to Friday

- Previous cooking and food prep experience

- Previous Barista experience (desired)

- Previous experience in fast paced customer service

- High levels of energy and enthusiasm

- Comfortable to work alone and part of a team

- High level of communication skills

- Outstanding customer service skills

- Reliable vehicle and driver licence required to access the base

Given you will be accessing a Defence base, you will be required to complete a National Police Check.
