KAEFER Integrated Services is seeking Intermediate and Advanced Scaffolders to join our permanent maintenance teams at Goonyella coal mine. This is a long‑term chance to support safe access solutions across fixed plant and heavy industrial assets, working within a high‑performing and safety‑driven environment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Erect, modify and dismantle scaffolding structures

- Interpret scaffold plans and drawings

- Ensure compliance with site and legislative safety requirements

- Support maintenance teams across fixed plant and heavy industrial areas

- Maintain high safety, quality and compliance standards

ABOUT YOU

- Current Driver’s License

- Proof of right to work in Australia

- High Risk Work Licence – Intermediate (SI) or Advanced (SA) Scaffolding

- OHS / Construction Card

- Standard 11

- Coal Board Medical

- BMA Core Induction

- Working at Heights (within 2 years)

- Confined Space & Gas Test Atmospheres (within 2 years)

WHAT’S ON OFFER?

- 4 days on / 3 days off roster DIDO to Moranbah





- Local allowance for candidates local to Moranbah

- Transport provided to site from KAEFER Mackay Office (If you are local to Mackay)
