The role
Working with your team, you’ll help coordinate and support a range of projects and activities. You’ll keep things organised behind the scenes — tracking progress, preparing reports and making sure information flows smoothly between stakeholders.
You’ll also contribute to research and analysis, and help prepare briefs, reports and other documents that support decision‑making. Your work will help ensure projects are delivered efficiently and on track

What you’ll be a part of
- Supporting project planning, reporting and coordination activities
- Assisting with briefs, reports and responses to requests
- Helping track milestones and support delivery against timelines
- Working with stakeholders to coordinate meetings and share information
What you will bring to the role
- Experience providing project or administrative support
- Robust communication skills and the ability to work with different people
- Good organisation skills and attention to detail
- A proactive and collaborative approach
