This is a hands-on clinical leadership role suited to an experienced ECC nurse ready to step into greater responsibility and career progression, whilst still remaining involved in clinical shifts in a team-based care model.
The Senior Veterinary Nurse combines advanced clinical nursing with shift leadership, team mentorship and operational support. Supervise hospital operations during shifts, support ICU/CCU critical care cases, guide nursing staff and contribute to maintaining high clinical and cultural standards.
As this is a 24/7 emergency hospital, availability for nights, weekends and public holidays is essential.

About You




Certificate IV in Veterinary Nursing or Bachelor of Veterinary TechnologyMinimum 3+ years’ nursing experience with demonstrated leadership responsibilitiesStrong ECC skills and confidence in critical careExcellent communication and teamwork skills Resilient, adaptable and solutions-focused
