We have an exciting opportunity for a reliable, adaptable and easy-going Support Worker with a "can do" attitude to support a gentleman with a physical disability in his home based in South Grafton .

About You
You are a positive, honest and reliable person with a strong work ethic.
You follow instructions well and understand the importance of providing individualised support within a home environment.
You are physically fit, healthy and confident with the manual handling tasks involved in supporting a person with a disability.
You have good time management skills and are flexible and easy-going, understanding that daily routines can sometimes change.
Most importantly, you are looking for long-term employment within a supportive and respectful environment.
About the Role
You will work closely with the member in their own home, providing support with:
- Personal care (no catheter or bowel care required)
- Community access (taking the member for a walk one day per week)
