To be a successful candidate, you will need:

- Working knowledge of social media and using AI





- Will be responsible for managing and taking ownership of the CRM

- Outstanding communication and presentation skills

- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy with figures

- The ability to grasp new systems with ease

- Be highly professional and have a positive attitude

- Be a motivated team player who displays great initiative when required

- Previous experience within the Real Estate industry and a licence or certificate of registration is preferred

You will have a proactive mindset, outstanding organisational abilities, excellent communication skills and a flair for writing press releases, working with social media and AI tools, and editing internal documents.
