The Role

We are seeking a reliable, motivated team member with experience in landscaping, hardscaping, or construction-based outdoor works . This role suits someone who takes pride in their workmanship, understands site presentation, and wants to be part of a professional crew delivering standout results.

Typical Works Include

- Structural and feature landscaping

- Retaining walls (limestone, concrete, engineered systems)

- Paving (travertine, porcelain, concrete, natural stone)

- Turf preparation and installation

- Garden bed construction and planting

- Weathering steel edging and garden features

- Drainage, soak wells, and site preparation





- Irrigation and basic reticulation works

- Concrete preparation and associated works

- Use of excavators, skid steers, compactors, and hand tools

What We’re Looking For

- MUST have previous experience in landscaping, construction, or civil/outdoor works

- Solid work ethic and attention to detail

- Ability to follow plans, specifications, and site instructions

- Pride in clean, accurate workmanship

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Good communication skills and a professional attitude

- White Card (required)

- Driver’s licence (essential)

- Machinery tickets and trade background highly regarded
