Full-Time Chef

V Thai by Rice on Me – Windsor, NSW

V Thai by Rice on Me is looking for an experienced and passionate Full-Time Chef to join our team in Windsor, NSW.

Salary: $75,000–$80,000 per year + superannuation

Key Responsibilities

- Plan menus and develop new dishes.

- Prepare and cook authentic Thai cuisine.

- Maintain high standards of food quality, hygiene and food safety.

- Monitor food and labour costs and manage kitchen stock.

- Order supplies and check deliveries.

- Train and supervise kitchen staff.

- Ensure customer dietary and allergy requirements are met.





- Oversee daily kitchen operations and food presentation.

- Assist with catering and special events.

- Prepare staff rosters and support kitchen management.

Requirements

- A Diploma of Hospitality Management or an equivalent trade qualification.

- At least 3 years of full-time work experience as a Chef.

- Experience preparing authentic Thai cuisine is preferred.

- Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.

- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment.

- Good communication, teamwork and organisational skills.

Employment Details

- Full time, permanent position

- Salary: $75,000–$80,000 per year plus superannuation

- Based in Windsor, NSW

- Weekend and public holiday work may be required.
