The OpportunityWe're looking for a Retail Tenancy Delivery Manager to lead and deliver our retail tenancy service across a portfolio of clients and assets. This is a standout chance to take ownership of an offering and shape how it grows.
You'll manage tenancy delivery end to end — coordinating landlords, tenants, consultants and contractors to bring retail fit-outs and works from brief to handover, on time and on budget. Just as importantly, you'll have the mandate and the support to grow this service into a cornerstone offering for the business.This role comes with a high level of autonomy. You'll run your own portfolio, own client relationships, and have a direct hand in scaling the service — with the backing of an experienced, senior leadership team behind you.
What You'll DoLead the delivery of retail tenancy works across multiple clients and assets,



from initial brief through design, procurement, construction and handover.Manage stakeholders across landlords, tenants, retailers, consultants, authorities and contractors.Oversee programme, budget, contract administration and quality throughout delivery.Build and strengthen client relationships, acting as the trusted point of contact.Help shape, systemise and grow the retail tenancy service as a scalable offering for Adaptis.
What You'll BringDemonstrated experience delivering retail tenancy, fit-out or client-side project management works.Strong stakeholder management and the confidence to run projects independently.Sound commercial acumen across programme, budget and contract administration.A proactive, ownership mindset and the drive to build something, not just maintain it.Demonstration of initiative and ability to operate in a fast-paced and often high-pressured environment.Relevant qualifications in project management, construction, or a related discipline (well regarded).Applicants must have the right to live and work in Australia.
