Your Day-to-Day:

- Lead, inspire, and develop a high-performing team to deliver exceptional customer experiences

- Drive sales performance through a strong commercial mindset, coaching, and sales leadership

What We're Looking For:

- Proven experience as a Store Manager within jewellery, luxury, premium fashion, or consultative retail




- A passionate people leader who enjoys coaching, developing, and inspiring others
- Solid commercial acumen with a track record of achieving sales targets and KPIs
- Exceptional relationship-building skills with a genuine passion for personalised customer service
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail and pride in delivering premium store standards
- A resilient, positive, and adaptable leader who exceeds results in a high-performance environment
- A genuine passion for fine jewellery, luxury brands, and creating unforgettable client experiences
