About the role

An exciting prospect has become available for an experienced Regional Manager to lead a portfolio of womens fashion stores across South Australia. This role is suited to an influential retail leader who enjoys balancing strategic planning with hands-on coaching and is passionate about developing high-performing Store Managers.

You'll be responsible for driving commercial success across your region while building strong leadership capability, ensuring operational excellence, and creating a customer-first culture. Working closely with senior leadership, you'll play an integral role in delivering business objectives while supporting the continued growth of the region.

What you will do

- Lead, mentor and develop Store Managers to maximise individual and regional performance
- Drive sales growth, profitability and productivity across multiple locations
- Analyse commercial reporting and identify opportunities to improve business performance
- Coach leaders in KPI delivery, people development and operational excellence
- Oversee wage management, budgets and financial performance across the region
- Ensure visual merchandising, store presentation and brand standards are consistently executed
- Monitor stock performance, inventory management and commercial opportunities
- Foster a culture centred around exceptional customer experiences and team engagement




- Partner with senior leadership to execute business initiatives and regional strategies

What you will bring

- Previous experience leading multiple retail stores within a fashion or specialty retail environment
- Strong commercial acumen with proven success managing sales, wages and financial performance
- A natural ability to coach, influence and develop high-performing leaders
- Experience analysing business performance and implementing strategic action plans
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise across multiple locations
- A customer-first mindset combined with a passion for people leadership
- Current driver's licence and willingness to travel throughout South Australia
