Our client is a well-established national commercial builder with offices across Perth, Adelaide, Melbourne, Sydney and Brisbane. Established in 2006, they have built a strong reputation delivering high-quality design and construct industrial and retail developments for a loyal portfolio of repeat national clients.
Their WA business continues to grow, supported by an experienced local leadership team and the financial backing of a successful national operation. They specialise in commercial and industrial projects ranging from $6M-$70M and are on track to deliver another record year.
Current projects include a $20M warehouse development , a $60M retail project , and a $70M mixed-use retail development , providing excellent long-term project security.
Due to continued growth, they are now seeking an Estimator to work directly with their Pre Contracts Manager.

Key Requirements
- Relevant tertiary qualification in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying or a related discipline
- Previous experience as an Estimator within a commercial construction main contractor
- Experience pricing commercial building projects
- Exposure to D&C; projects will be highly regarded
- Solid commercial acumen and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- CostX experience is advantageous but not essential
- Full Australian working rights are required
