Are you highly organised, thrive under pressure, and have a knack for keeping things moving? We’re looking for a Transport Operations Scheduler to join our team and play a key role in managing the day-to-day scheduling of our transport operations.

Immediate Start Available.

The successful applicant will be responsible for but not limited to:

- Plan, schedule, and allocate daily transport jobs to drivers.

- Monitor and adjust schedules to meet deadlines and customer requirements

- Communicate effectively with drivers, clients, and internal teams.

- Pricing & quoting of work.

- Maintain accurate records of schedules, job allocations, and performance data





- Assist with problem-solving and provide quick solutions to operational challenges

Candidates must possess the following;

- Previous experience in transport scheduling, logistics.

- Solid organisational and time-management skills

- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities

- Knowledge of transport compliance and safety requirements

- Proficiency with scheduling systems and Microsoft Office and other online software.
