At Elite , we deliver high-quality commercial construction projects with care, craftsmanship, and collaboration at the core. We specialise in bespoke commercial fit-outs, refurbishments, and construction projects across Adelaide.

With a strong pipeline of work ahead, we’re looking for multiple Qualified Carpenters and Apprentice Carpenters to join our team and play a key role across our commercial projects.

About the Role

As a Carpenter at Elite, you’ll work closely with our Leading Hands, Site Managers, and wider Project Team to keep projects running smoothly. You’ll take pride in quality finishes, safe work practices, and being a positive presence on site.

Whether you’re fully qualified or completing your apprenticeship, you’ll be supported to grow your skills while contributing to high-end commercial builds.

Key Responsibilities

- Carry out a range of carpentry works including:

- Timber and Steel framing

- Suspended ceilings

- Aluminium partitioning

- Doors and hardware

- 2nd fix carpentry

- Cladding and finishes

- Read and interpret plans and specifications accurately

- Maintain clean, safe, and organised site conditions

- Coordinate materials and deliveries to support efficient site operations

- Communicate clearly with subcontractors and Elite’s internal team

About You





We’re looking for someone reliable, motivated, and team-focused, with a solid work ethic and pride in their trade.

You will have:

- Qualified Carpenter: Certificate III in Carpentry (or equivalent)
OR
Apprentice Carpenter: Currently completing a carpentry apprenticeship

- White Card and valid driver’s license

- Ability to read plans and work independently (level dependent on experience)

- Strong communication and organisational skills

- A commitment to quality workmanship and site safety
