The Opportunity

IMDEX are looking for an experienced Business Analyst - Enterprise Systems to partner with stakeholders across the business and help optimise the systems, processes and technologies that support our global operations.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a business-focused analyst who enjoys working across multiple business functions, identifying improvement opportunities and helping deliver practical technology solutions that drive efficiency, automation and better business outcomes.

Reporting to the Head of Enterprise Systems & IT Operations, you will act as a trusted partner between the business and technology teams, working across key enterprise platforms including Pronto ERP, Salesforce CRM, SharePoint, SuccessFactors and other corporate systems.

You will lead root cause analysis efforts to eliminate waste and system issues because you understand that the value is in prevention rather than cure.

You'll engage with stakeholders to understand business challenges, map and improve processes, gather requirements and help deliver enhancements that improve productivity, system adoption and data quality.

With approximately 60% of stakeholders based locally and 40% located globally, you'll play a key role in ensuring enterprise systems continue to meet the needs of a growing international business.

Key Responsibilities

- Partner with business functions to identify opportunities for process improvement, system optimisation and automation.





- Facilitate workshops, gather requirements and translate business needs into clear functional specifications and user stories.

- Map current and future-state business processes, identifying opportunities to simplify, standardise and improve ways of working.

- Support the enhancement and delivery of enterprise systems including Pronto, Salesforce, SharePoint and SuccessFactors.

- Coordinate testing activities, user acceptance testing (UAT) and solution implementation.

- Work closely with vendors, technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure successful delivery of system improvements.

- Support data integrity, reporting and governance initiatives across the enterprise systems landscape.

About You

You are a collaborative and commercially minded Business Analyst who thrives on building relationships, understanding business challenges and translating them into practical system solutions.

You bring a strong blend of business process improvement expertise and enterprise systems knowledge, with the confidence to work across both technical and non-technical stakeholder groups.

What You’ll Bring

- Proven experience as a Business Analyst within a complex enterprise environment.

- Experience working across corporate business systems such as ERP, CRM, HRIS and collaboration platforms.

- Strong process mapping, business process improvement and requirements gathering skills.





- Experience facilitating workshops and engaging stakeholders across multiple business functions.

- Knowledge of enterprise systems such as Pronto, Salesforce, SharePoint, SuccessFactors or similar platforms.

- Experience supporting system enhancements, testing and change initiatives.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to bridge the gap between business and technology teams.
