About The Opportunity

Some of the key responsibilities will include:

- Leading and developing a passionate team
- Creating efficient rosters, supporting current team members, and fostering growth
- Managing stock control, including ordering, rotation, and stocktakes
- Overseeing opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and banking
- Maintaining high standards in visual merchandising, stock control, and presentation
- Championing sales through engaging promotions and memorable customer service

About You





We’re looking for a people-focused leader with a flair for retail and a love for creating positive customer experiences.

To thrive in this role, you’ll bring:

- Strong POS, inventory, and cash handling knowledge
- Must have Australian citizenship or permanent residency
- At least 3 years in a leadership role within retail or hospitality
- Flexibility to work early mornings, weekends, and public holidays as needed
- Proven experience in team coaching, scheduling, and performance development
