Job Description
LM≷ Construction Pty Ltd Reporting to the project management team, this role is responsible for coordinating project documentation, schedules, budgets and resources, administering project procedures and reporting, and providing administrative and coordination support to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and in compliance with contractual and regulatory requirements. This is an office- and project-administration based role rather than a hands-on site supervision role. Work locations may vary depending on project requirements, and the role may involve coordination across different construction sites and project offices as directed by the employer.

Prepare and maintain project documentation, including project records, subcontractor documentation, variations, work orders and correspondence.
Monitor project schedules and milestones, providing progress updates and coordinating follow-up actions with Project Managers and site teams. Coordinate labour, subcontractors, plant, equipment and materials in consultation with Project Managers and site supervisors. Liaise with clients, consultants, suppliers, subcontractors and internal stakeholders to facilitate project communication and coordination.
Assist with procurement activities, including obtaining quotations, tracking orders and coordinating deliveries. Maintain project registers, document control systems and compliance records, including WHS and site documentation. Prepare project reports, meeting minutes and progress summaries, and assist in coordinating inspections and project handover documentation.
Qualification & experience At least 1 year of relevant experience in project administration, project coordination or construction office administration Diploma or higher qualification in Business Administration, Construction, Project Management or a related field (preferred) Strong understanding of construction project administration, documentation and coordination processes Sound knowledge of budgeting, cost tracking and project reporting Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and project scheduling or document management systems Strong organisational, communication and time-management skills, with high attention to detail Ability to manage competing priorities and coordinate multiple stakeholders About Company LM≷ Construction Pty Ltd is an Australian construction company specialising in steel fixing, bridge construction, precast concrete installation, road and civil construction, and labour hire services.
