Workforce International are seeking Road Workers for upcoming short-term roles in the Central Coast, Newcastle, Lake Macquarie, & Hunter Regions.

About the role:

- Upcoming short-term roles with a local Government sector

- $41.67 - $46.38/hr + penalties + Super

- Weekly pay cycle

- Multiple locations and durations available!

Duties may include:

- Assisting with the construction, maintenance, and repair of roads and related infrastructure

- Operating a variety of hand and power tools, as well as small machinery where applicable

- Performing manual labour tasks such as digging and compacting

- Ensuring work is carried out in a secure and efficient manner, adhering to all relevant policies and procedures

- Collaborating with the wider construction team to deliver high-quality outcomes

What we're looking for





- Experience in a Labourers role, preferably within the roadworker space

- Ability to pass pre-employment physical assessment including D&A; screening

- MUST hold OHS White Card, Workers on Foot and Police Check (or be willing to obtain if successful)

- Additional licences such as HR Drivers licence or plant operating tickets are highly desired however not required

- Strong practical skills and the ability to use a range of hand and power tools

- Commitment to working safely and following established procedures

- Good communication and teamwork skills
