The Role
- Run your section during high-volume service
- Deliver consistent, quality food at speed
- Prep efficiently and manage stock to minimise waste
- Maintain food safety, hygiene, and kitchen standards
- Support and work alongside a strong, motivated team

- Experience as a Chef | Cook
- Confident in fast-paced casual dining environments
- Reliable, organised, and calm under pressure
- Team player with a positive attitude
- Solid knowledge of food safety standards
