About the Opportunity
You will be responsible for managing a premium residential portfolio , supported by a highly experienced Assistant and centralised operational support functions. The structure is designed to ensure Property Managers are not overextended, allowing you to focus on service delivery and relationship management.
Key responsibilities include:
- Liaising with landlords, tenants, and contractors
- Coordinating and managing maintenance requests efficiently
- Monitoring and managing rental arrears daily
- Bond lodgements and disposals
- Final bond inspections (with support provided)
- Ensuring a high standard of communication and client service
About You
- Minimum 2+ years’ experience managing your own portfolio
- A strong customer service focus with a professional, personable approach
- A genuine passion for Property Management
- Current Property Management or Sales Registration
- Valid WA Driver’s Licence
