About the Role
We are looking for experienced Swimming Instructors to join our Learn to Swim team.
You’ll teach swimming lessons to children of different ages and abilities.

This role suits someone who is confident, friendly, and skilled in delivering engaging swimming lessons.

Key Details

- Casual role based in Crawley, Perth

- Lessons follow a structured curriculum

- Safety is at the heart of everything we do.

- Supportive team with opportunities to develop your skills.

What We’re Looking For

- Experience teaching children in Learn to Swim levels.

- Positive, reliable and patient approach.

- Passion for working with children and solid communication skills.

- Able to confidently and safely manage a small group of young swimmers and support their progress.

About you

- Current Australian - recognised swimming instructor qualification

- First Aid and CPR certificates





- WA Working with Children Check

- National Police Clearance

Bonus if you have

- Other relevant qualifications (e.g. Bronze Medallion).

- Experience teaching children, particularly in advanced Learn to Swim classes and mini squad programs.

- Additional swimming teaching or coaching experience.
