Key Responsibilities

Conduct escorts in the AOZ.Work compliant with Fortescue standards and statutory obligations.Support resource definition Geologists and Earthworks in their work and complete tasks as requested.Investigate and correct reconciliations returned from the laboratories.Dispatch samples to the laboratoryFulfill performance objectives and KPI's.Record sample bag numbers and enter correctly into the databaseProvide initiatives for process improvements to supervisor.

Qualifications And Experience

Experience in a similar role in open pit mining is highly regardedManual C Class driver’s licenseForklift license highly regardedProactive, highly motivated and enthusiastic. Willing to take on new challenges,



work in a physically demanding job and learn new skills.A team player with a ‘can do’ and collaborative attitudeStrong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills and capable of building robust multi-departmental relationshipsBasic to intermediate Microsoft Office skills (Outlook, Excel, Word).High attention to detail
