WA State Lead - Supervisor/Estimator

Are you an experienced insurance building supervisor/estimator ready to step into a leadership role ? We’re looking for an autonomous Supervisor/Estimator to take ownership of our operations in Perth — working hands-on while helping grow our presence in the region.

About the Role

You’ll be the go-to person in WA – estimating, supervising, and coordinating repair works across the region. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being on the ground, taking ownership of their work, and building trusted relationships with trades and clients alike.





Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

- Carry out site inspections, preparing accurate scopes, reports and estimates

- Oversee project delivery from start to finish – coordinating trades, materials, and timeframes

- Ensure works meet quality, safety and compliance standards

- Liaise with insurance clients, assessors, and homeowners

- Provide leadership and mentorship as your WA team grows

- Identify opportunities to build relationships and contribute to business development in the region

Who We’re Looking For

- Proven experience as a Supervisor/Estimator in insurance building

- Ability to manage end-to-end repair projects independently

- Trade background or relevant qualification

- Strong client liaison, problem-solving, and time management skills

- Previous leadership or mentoring experience is a bonus

- Valid Driver’s License and White Card

- Travel within Perth and surrounding areas expected
