We’re looking for current cleaners to join our team here at Enhanced Cleaning Perth.

If you’re someone with an eye for detail who loves to clean and will enjoy plugging in your favourite music, podcast, or audio book while working your own hours, this may be the perfect position for you.

We offer steady casual employment, and you will get to choose your hours and working days as long as you can stick to them every week. This is important as we cannot keep changing your desired work days every week.

PLEASE NOTE: We can only give new hires around 10-15 hours of work per week to start, until reliability and consistency is proven.

And, we provide you with all the supplies, training, and guidance necessary to become a high-performance house cleaner.

To be considered for the role, we only require that you have:

- A valid Australian driver’s license

- A police clearance

- A reliable car

- A smartphone (IOS/Android) to download our cleaning app and training platform





- Ability to work during school holidays

More information:

- Work starts at or after 9:00 AM daily

- Pay is run every week on a Monday

- Superannuation is paid quarterly

- Your training period is fully paid

- Plenty of room to grow and earn pay raises

- Starting trainee wage: $33.84/hr

- 12% superannuation contributions

- 99c per k/m travelled in between your cleans

- Ability to quickly earn pay raises

- Most of our cleans are for recurring customers (weekly, fortnightly, and monthly), so this job isn't as mentally or physically exhausting as some other cleaning jobs because we focus on care and upkeep rather than always deep cleaning.
