We're looking for an enthusiastic Diploma Qualified Educator to lead our Out of School Hours Care (OSHC) Studio Program in a full-time permanent position. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about leading high-quality programs and making a positive difference in the lives of school-aged children.
About the Role
As our OSHC Studio Leader, you will:
Lead and deliver high-quality Before School Care and After School Care programs, Monday to Friday.
Plan and facilitate engaging experiences during Pupil Free Days and School Holiday Programs.
Build positive relationships with children, families and the wider school community.
Create a safe, inclusive and nurturing environment where every child feels valued and belongs.
Inspire children through play-based learning, creativity and meaningful experiences.
Support a positive team culture while leading by example.
Position Details
Full-time permanent position
Split shifts, Monday to Friday
No weekend work

About You
We're looking for someone who:
Holds a Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or an ACECQA-approved equivalent)
Has a genuine passion for working with school-aged children
Is enthusiastic, creative and brings a positive attitude every day
Enjoys leading programs and working collaboratively within a supportive team
Holds (or is willing to obtain):
Working With Children Check
Current First Aid and CPR
Asthma and Anaphylaxis Management qualifications
Child Safe Training
