We are seeking an experienced Bar Staff, and Duty Managers who are passionate about Great Beer, Great Cocktails, Great Service and loves a Great Local Pub.

We are a new Sports Bar/Family Pub located in Byford (south of the river) near the upcoming train station. We operate a full service bar with 22 Beers on tap, Cocktails and Wines. Our mission is to have the best customer service in town!

What Does the Role Entail…

- Building relationships with our regular, local and corporate clientele.

- Serving a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to customers in a timely and professional manner

- Cocktail preparation and serving.

- Ensuring the bar area is well-stocked, clean and organised at all times

- Providing friendly and attentive customer service, addressing customer queries and ensuring a positive experience both at the bar and within the restaurant.

- Adhering to all relevant liquor licensing laws and regulations

- Assisting with general bar duties such as stock-taking and cash handling

- Maintaining a safe and hygienic work workplace

- Minimum 12 months' experience in a similar bar or hospitality role

- Minimum 6-12 months' experience required for Duty Manager position

- Knowledge of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages and cocktail-making

- Excellent customer service skills and the ability to work well under pressure

- Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certification

- Must hold current RSA certification at time of application

- Flexible and able to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.

- A positive, friendly and enthusiastic attitude
