The Role As a Procurement and Logistics Manager, reporting to the Senior Project Delivery Manager, you will lead all procurement, contracting, logistics, and supply chain activities across the business. You will work closely with our EPCM partner and internal project teams to ensure major equipment, process modules, materials, and services are sourced, transported, and delivered safely, efficiently, and cost-effectively. Key responsibilities include;
Lead procurement for major equipment, process modules, and project packages.Manage tendering, supplier selection, and contract negotiations.Oversee international and domestic logistics, freight, customs, and site materials management.Partner with EPCM contractors and key project stakeholders.Build strategic supplier relationships and deliver cost-effective outcomes.Lead and develop procurement and logistics personnel.
This role offers a diverse mix of strategic procurement, contract management, supplier engagement, project logistics, and operational leadership.
About YouAs our first Procurement and Logistics team member, you will bring the initiative, flexibility, and drive needed to build the function from the ground up. You are comfortable wearing multiple hats, developing current processes, and supporting a growing business. As the department evolves, you will have the opportunity to build and lead your own team.
Strong procurement and supply chain experience within in mining, resources, or heavy industry sectors.Proven leadership experience known for driving results.Prior experience supporting capital projects, remote operations, and complex logistics.Strong commercial, contract negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.Ability to be flexible and adaptable within changing project environments.
