Senior Business Partner - Geelong$130,000 + super
This is a key leadership role responsible for driving health, safety and risk outcomes across operational, production and logistics environments. Working closely with leaders across the business, you will provide expert advice, lead safety initiatives and help foster a proactive, high-performing safety culture.
Reporting into the senior leadership team, you will:Lead and maintain the organisation's OHS strategy, systems and governance frameworkDrive incident investigations, hazard management and corrective actionsPartner with operational leaders to improve safety performance and capabilityManage regulator engagement, compliance obligations and injury management processesAnalyse safety data and provide executive-level reporting and recommendationsConduct site audits, safety observations and risk assessments across multiple locationsSupport ISO compliance and continuous improvement initiativesChampion a positive, practical and risk-based safety culture




To be successful, you will bring:Strong knowledge of Victorian OHS legislation and compliance requirementsExperience within manufacturing, logistics, industrial or operational environmentsDemonstrated experience leading investigations and managing workplace riskSound understanding of WorkSafe, injury management and return-to-work processesExcellent stakeholder engagement and influencing skillsStrong analytical, reporting and problem-solving capabilityA team-oriented and proactive approach, with the ability to work autonomously
