About the Role

The Shire of Murray is seeking a full-time Coordinator Waste Services to join the Infrastructure Services team.

The Coordinator Waste Services will be responsible for the oversight on contract management, contractors, consultants and the operation of both the Corio Road Waste Management Facility and the Dwellingup Waste Management Facility while striving for continued engagement and improvement to the waste service.

The position on offer is a full-time role, working 76 hours per fortnight (9 days per fortnight). An EBA Level 7 salary between $93,950.18 and $98,953.83 per annum, based upon skills, knowledge and experience.

We want to hear from you if you have:

- Oversight of Waste Operations and contract management.

- Strong computer literacy skills including spreadsheets and databases.
- Experience in dealing with waste management contracts.
- Good understanding of community deliverables that relate to waste operations.
- Effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders relating to waste review and outcomes.
- Relevant Qualification or minimum 5 years’ experience in waste management services.
