Reporting to the Logistics Manager, you'll drive various trucks and provide customer service. We are seeking a candidate with an HR and Forklift licence, excellent communication skills, and experience in a similar role. In return, we offer a guaranteed 2 hours of overtime pay per week, on the job training, job security, and a supportive work environment.

This is a full-time position, 40 hours per week. As well as a rotating rostered Saturday shift for 4 hours (2 hours of time and a half and 2 hours of double time).

Reporting to the Logistics Manager your responsibilities will include:

- Driving both the tray top and hook lift trucks

- Customer service

- Sorting and up grading of non-ferrous scrap metal (when required)

- Operation of forklifts





- General maintenance and upkeep of vehicles and yard

To be successful:

- Unrestricted HR license or willing to get accredited

- Forklift license

- Physically capable

- Ability to use initiative as well as take direction

- Excellent communication and organisational skills

- Previous experience in similar role
