Employee Assistance Program for all staff and immediate family members Task & responsibilities Installation of Hebel and other cladding products Applied finishes and coatings to surfaces Solid plastering – applying plaster coverings to interior and exterior surfaces Cement based rendering to external surfaces Interpret drawings and documents to confirm specifications and installation requirements Conduct pre-start safety and risk assessments on all jobs prior to commencing any works Providing excellent customer service and maintain positive relationships with our customers Adherence to all workplace health and safety legislation, processes and procedures Qualification & experience Certificate III in Rendering or Equivalent Minimum of 3 years work experience Attentin to detail Hold a relevant drivers licence White Card and knowledge of construction OHS standards. Ability to read and interpret building plans, drawings, and specifications.

Strong written and verbal communication skills. Experience in the construction industry is preferred but not essential for apprentices. Positive attitude, solid work ethic, and attention to detail.
