A highly regarded Tier 1 contractor is seeking an experienced Finishing Foreman to deliver the First-class finishes of a major Gold Coast Luxury Highrise project.
This role will suit someone who takes pride in quality, possesses exceptional attention to detail and enjoys driving projects through to successful completion.
Your Responsibilities
- Coordinate finishing trades and subcontractors
- Manage defect inspections and rectification works
- Monitor quality standards across all finishing trades
- Drive programme and practical completion milestones
- Conduct site inspections and quality audits
- Ensure exceptional presentation and workmanship standards
About You
- Local experience is highly regarded
- Experience as a Finishing Foreman on commercial or high-rise projects is essential
- Solid eye for detail and quality
- Excellent stakeholder management skills
- Ability to manage multiple finishing trades simultaneously
- Strong commitment to achieving programme deadlines
