Job Description – Full-Time Qualified Chef

The Founders Restaurant is seeking a Full-Time Qualified Chef with proven experience in a busy commercial kitchen.

The successful applicant must have a robust background in Italian cuisine , particularly in pan cooking, pasta, and preparing high-quality main meals . You will be responsible for food preparation, maintaining high presentation standards, working efficiently during busy service periods, and ensuring food safety and kitchen hygiene at all times.

Essential Requirements

- Qualified Chef with relevant experience

- Strong knowledge of Italian cooking

- Experience in a high-volume restaurant

- Ability to work under pressure

- Reliable, organised, and a team player
